The project consists of 140 one, two and three bedrooms apartments, day car centre, spa and wellness centre and new admin wing which are fully integrated with the existing Village Baxter Community and overall master plan.
The purpose of this project is to redevelop the western boundary of the site, by demolishing the existing ILUs and replacing them with a new apartment complex to meet current and future market demand.
The design will create a more contemporary living environment that will significantly improve the residential amenity for the occupants. It will meet the market demand for independent living, but delivered in a way that will allow for ageing in-place within the home under a service integrated housing model.
