Stretton Park Aged Care

Stretton Park was built as a low care Class 3 building in the late 1970’s, and with the increased care and services needs of residents was no longer meeting the needs of either the residents or staff, principally due to bedrooms and en-suites being too small.

A staged master plan was developed to allow for the staged redevelopment of the project, while maintaining existing occupancy and bed numbers.

Stage 1 has been completed, Stage 2 constructions ongoing, Stage 3 Design ongoing.
