Somerville Gardens Aged Care Community

Sommerville Aged Care was developed in a contemporary style using materials, natural light and themed landscaping to provide warmth, way finding cues and strong link with the outside. A primary boulevard spine has been provided to again reinforce the main circulation routes within the building, and smaller paired residential wings are attached to this spine, retaining their residential scale, but being able to accommodate efficient service and clinical care models for the residents.

 

While a cluster design has been adopted to provide residential scale for the residents, staff delivery of services has been accommodated with a comprehensive service delivery strategy incorporated into the basic plan.
