Frankston Retirement Living
The purpose of development was to demolish existing units and rebuild new 3 bedroom units with double garages to meet current and projected future market requirement. The designs utilise natural materials and capture north light to living area for year round comfort and sustainable low energy living.
Landscaped surrounds including vegetable gardens, BBQ area, along with design solutions that provide adaptable and accessible unit layouts that respond to the living environment, and the changing needs of the residents.
A natural material palette has been utilized to to allow residents to customize the units to suit individual preferences.
