The proposal consist of 28 new bed sits, additional staff amenities, communal spaces and dining area to meet current and future market requirement.

The project is developed in a contemporary style using material palette to match existing. Clerestory windows and skylights have been introduced along the main circulation spine and corridors to provide natural light. Theme courtyards have been designed to facilitate in better wayfinding.
