We were invited by CobdenHealth to prepare a masterplan for the future development of their site for aged care, allied health, community health and home care facilities.

We have looked at a range of options for the site, based on an analysis of the existing site, a canvassing of preferred models of living for older people, an outline of the proposed needs of older people in the future, and possible responses to current and possible future market and regulatory regimes that may impact on models of living for older people.

From these initial explorations and analyses, a range of options were developed for the site that responded to varying priorities, from which formulated a comprehensive master plan was to guide future development on the site, including staging, and cash flow modelling.
