Caringa House Aged Care

Caringa House is a new 60 bed aged care building proposed for Templestowe, to meet the needs of the Chinese community in the area. The design had adopted a series of pavilions to retain a residential scale and to echo traditional Chinese courtyard house forms. An existing heritage building will be retained on site as an integral part of the development.
