FEATURED PROJECTS

The project involved redeveloping significant parts of an existing aged care development and also adding on a new 24 bed extra service wing. Planning for the development was driven by a desire to retain a small residential scale for the residents, but retain staff efficiencies from a service and clinical perspective.

This is a medium density project that integrated with the existing Masonic Homes community and the overall master plan for the precinct.  The philosophy behind the project is to provide contemporary and unique solutions to meet the particular needs of the elderly population.

The project consists of 140 units retirement living apartment with day care centre, spa, wellness and new admin wing. The design will create a more contemporary living environment that will significantly improve the residential amenity for the occupants.

Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
